If you are experiencing an emergency or urgent symptoms, please call 911, go to an ER or urgent care center, or call your primary care physician as required by your circumstances. TLC is not an urgent care or primary care office. For medication refills: Please have your pharmacy send your medication refill request to us electronically via eRx. This is the quickest and best method. We are no longer able to process refill requests via portal or text messaging. If you use TLC's own dispensary, please call 714-544-1521 to request your refill. Please allow 5 business days for refill request fulfillment and note that not all TLC providers are in every day.

Please do not send secure messages with questions regarding symptoms or conditions. Our providers cannot evaluate you or provide medical diagnoses or advice via portal messaging.

Incoming portal messages are monitored by non-licensed office staff. Portal messaging is limited to routine, non urgent communications. For your plan of care, including medication and supplement instructions, please visit the My Visit Summaries section of your portal.

You may send information you would like added to your chart, which can be discussed with your TLC doctor during your next follow up visit. If you cannot wait until your next follow up visit, please call us at 714-544-1521.
